Data we process
We process account email, authentication and session data; public profile names, biography, images and links; account and profile ownership; language, region, display currency and time-zone preferences; support communications; operational and security logs; and payment identifiers, integer amounts, Contribution and refund or dispute status when payments are enabled.
Public profiles and purposes
Profile content you choose to publish is publicly accessible. We process data to authenticate users, provide profiles and ranking, secure the service, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, process verified payments, administer refunds and disputes, satisfy financial duties and comply with law.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, PostgreSQL and Storage. Cloudflare hosts and protects the application and may keep operational or security logs. Resend delivers authentication email and branded support replies. Stripe hosted Checkout processes payment details when payments are enabled; KYVOR does not collect card numbers in its profile forms. No external analytics service or data broker is represented as active.
Cookies and security
Authentication cookies maintain sessions and preference storage remembers selected settings. Access controls, row-level security and server-only secrets protect private ownership and payment data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention, deletion and rights
Data is retained while reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, prevent fraud, administer disputes, meet tax or financial duties and comply with legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized when appropriate, subject to specific retention duties. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion and may have additional rights. International processing and updates
Providers may process data in jurisdictions where they operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law. We may update this notice when systems or legal requirements change and will publish the revised effective date before the update applies.
