Operator and effective date
KYVOR is a product operated by HUNRIGHT LLC, a Utah, United States company. These Terms take effect on September 17, 2026. Support: support@kyvorone.com.
Accounts and eligibility
Use an email address you control, provide accurate information, complete required verification and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share access, impersonate another person or use KYVOR where prohibited by applicable law.
Profiles, user content and intellectual property
You remain responsible for the names, images, biography and links you publish and for having the necessary rights. You grant HUNRIGHT LLC the limited rights needed to host, display and operate that content through KYVOR. Do not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive content, or private information without permission. KYVOR branding, software and original service materials remain the property of HUNRIGHT LLC or its licensors.
Contribution and Global Rank
Contribution is payment for status, positioning and visibility inside KYVOR. It is not an investment, equity, security, wallet, savings balance, withdrawable balance, earnings, profit or financial return. Eligible confirmed Contribution determines Global Rank. Other users can change your position. Exact Move Up calculates the minimum eligible Contribution required to pass a selected position at quote time; Custom Contribution permits another allowed amount. Neither flow promises a permanent or guaranteed rank.
Payments
When real payments are enabled, Stripe hosted Checkout processes them. The amount charged, eligible Contribution and target snapshot must be shown before checkout. Processor fees and taxes do not increase Contribution. Only server-verified payment events can update the ledger; a browser redirect or success page alone does not confirm payment.
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
Contribution is normally final after payment is confirmed, Contribution is applied and ranking is updated. Approved exceptions may include a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a confirmed technical error, fraud or error attributable to KYVOR, a refund required by law or another case expressly approved by KYVOR. A completed full or partial refund reduces the corresponding Contribution and recalculates ranking. A dispute or chargeback can suspend or reverse the affected Contribution. Applicable statutory rights remain available.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, automate abuse, attack the service, manipulate ranking or ledger records, impersonate others, distribute unlawful content or interfere with another person's access.
Suspension and termination
HUNRIGHT LLC may restrict, suspend or terminate access to protect KYVOR, its users or payment systems, respond to prohibited conduct or security risk, comply with law or address material violations of these Terms. Financial records required for refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, tax or legal duties may be retained after account closure.
Availability, disclaimers and liability
KYVOR is provided subject to availability. A particular ranking position, uninterrupted service or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HUNRIGHT LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of KYVOR. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to HUNRIGHT LLC in Utah, United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to you. Questions, account issues and legal notices may be sent to support@kyvorone.com.
